Financial Aid Process 2017-18

Our goal is to provide financial assistance to our school families who demonstrate need.

St. Philip the Apostle School is working with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to conduct the financial need analysis for the upcoming school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation and $30 fee by March 2017.

Step 1: Go to FACTS SIGN IN and create a username and password. Complete the FACTS application online (cost $30). You may either upload the supporting documents to the website or mail/fax them to:

Supporting documents include:

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of your 2014 W-2 forms for both parents
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Worker's Compensation, and TANF.


Step 2: If your family income falls within the chart below then please complete and sign the 3 page Catholic Education Foundation form found HERE, and please call Karen Conley for further instructions. If your family gross incom is higher han the chart below indicates, then you only need to complete Step 1.
