The Board of Trustees of Saint Philip the Apostle School is comprised of 21 voting members including the Pastor and Principal. The School Board was created in consultation with Catholic Schools Management, Inc. and the Archdiocese in 1992. As a policy making body of "limited jurisdiction,” it does have the ability to set major policy for the school. The pastor, at his discretion, has the authority to ratify or not ratify decisions of the Board.
